بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah the Most Gracious and Merciful

We might have failed several times in the process

or fall down helplessly on the ground.

What do you have to do when you fall down?

Stand back up again.

After that?

Stand up again, again, again and again!

We stay strong not because standing strong is our last resort,

but we are strong because,

We chose to stay strong!

Ask Allah to help us.

Make dua’ as if we are drowning and wanting to be saved.

Prove to Allah that we desperately need His help.
